Stilling in our outdoor classroom

Class 2 spent this afternoon giving our outdoor classroom a tidy up. The children helped pull some weeds out of our planting beds ready for us to plant our sunflowers, water our little herb garden, and pop all of our circles stools back where they belong.

We finished our time outside with some stilling, concentrating on the noises we could hear around us, focusing on our breathing and thinking about the emotions we feel inside.
