Jam Tarts

As part of our Design and Technology learning, we have made jam tarts today. We used the skill of rolling to roll the pastry and then used the pastry cutters to cut them out. We carefully placed some jam in the middle of them before placing a star on the top. We have learnt about how seasonal British fruits are grown and produced, thinking carefully about how our strawberry jam was created.
